We know that onboarding new shoreside personnel can be a challenge, so we’ve created an all-in-one program that takes that burden completely off your shoulders! Delivered in a small group setting, our Certified Administrator Courses provide the same level of instruction as one-on-one training while remaining affordable.

You’ll learn everything from system setup and administration to end-to-end shoreside and onboard workflows. By the end of each course, you’ll be confident setting up Helm CONNECT from scratch or managing an already configured system. The program is equally as effective for new users as those wanting to brush up on their existing skills.



  • We offer two separate courses, one for Helm CONNECT Maintenance and one for Helm CONNECT Compliance
  • Each course takes 10 hours to complete and is divided into four sessions over one week
  • Each session is held from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time
  • There’s a final practical exam to demonstrate your understanding of the material
  • Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a digital certificate and a badge to share on social media!

The in-depth final project ensures that everyone who passes truly possesses the foundational knowledge required to administer Helm CONNECT. And the digital certificate and badge allow you to share your accomplishment and credibility on social media!
