Client Services Associate

As part of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding product support for our customers and business partners, identifying and resolving reported issues, recording feature requests and communicating them to the development team, and much more. This year, our focus is increasing support or our South American team, so speaking Spanish is a requirement. Controller

Being the Controller is a vital role here at Helm. As a Controller, you will be creating financial transactions and reports, completing reconciliations, monitoring things such as our fixed assets and office supply levels, and maintaining the chart of accounts and annual budget. Implementation Specialist

The primary purpose of this role includes coordinating and facilitating the implementation of our Helm CONNECT software solution. Additional responsibilities include delivering high-quality customer service through extensive software troubleshooting via telephone and screen-sharing, providing technical leadership, training, complex problem resolution, and collaborating with other departments and clients to successfully achieve the implementation objectives. Software Developer

We are in search of an experienced Software Developer to join our team at the Victoria office! In this role, you will be working closely with our Product Manager to build core product lines, develop solutions that address core market problems, and maintain consistency between the existing product and new designs. Account Manager

At Helm, our Account Managers are an important part of the sales team whose main goal is to manage customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the customer’s successful on-boarding, ongoing use of the software, the longevity of the business relationship, and its growth in revenue terms.
