Custom implementations offer a preferred level of service from the very beginning to the very end of your implementation; the implementation is not done until you are happy and live in the system. They are flexible to your needs and offer additional oversight to ensure that you’re successful.
Onsite training packages
With an onsite training package a Helm implementation specialist will assist you with gathering your data, train you in-person at your office to be an expert in Helm CONNECT, and offer additional support to guarantee that you have the skills to perform the roll out yourself. They are designed to maximize benefit and minimize cost so that you can successfully deploy without breaking the bank.
Remote training packages
Remote training packages are the perfect way to receive training while staying within your budget. We recommend these packages for smaller operators with only one or two Helm admin users. A Helm implementation specialist will assist you with gathering your data, and train you remotely online on every aspect of your purchased Helm CONNECT products.
