To keep things fresh, we switch locations each fall and alternate the host city between Victoria, BC one year, and points in the USA the next.

When and where is the next Helm Conference?
Helm Conference 2023 is in Miami, Florida! (Well, actually Fort Lauderdale.) It takes place Oct 3-5 at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort.
How do I get tickets to Helm Conference?
You can get tickets here. Space is always limited and the 2022 conference was completely sold out, so don’t delay!
Where do I stay and how much is a hotel room?
We block rooms at the event hotel (The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort) at a preferred rate. And just like the conference itself, the hotel room block is limited and can sell out – we recommend booking rooms early! Book here.

How do I register for Training Day Courses?
To register for Training Day courses, you must first download the Helm Conference App. Once you’ve got the app, visit the “program” tab, select the desired course, click “Book” and that’s it, you’re registered!
