Mobile Docs

Whether you’re shoreside or onboard, with Mobile Docs, you’ll be able to access your documents right from your phone or tablet. No need to be tied to a computer; our new mobile doc reader allows you to stay up-to-date and on the move. Plus, multiple people can access documents from their phones simultaneously, which means no more bottlenecks at the ship’s computer.

Flexibility at Your Fingertips

Grace Periods

A grace period is an extension to a due date, marking when something should be done by and when something needs to be done by. This feature was crafted to handle the nuances associated with scheduling. A weekly routine might need a 1–2-day grace period, allowing users to manage their workloads without crowding the “Overdue” section with less severe items. This means you can assign shorter grace periods to higher priority items, and items with longer grace periods won’t bog down the “Overdue” section.

Time on Your Side

Labor Tracking

Ever wondered how much time is spent on tasks, checklists, corrective actions, and forms? This feature empowers you to keep track of those precious minutes. Labor tracking is the ability to allow the logged-in user to indicate how much time was spent on Tasks/Checklists/Corrective Actions/Forms. Currently, this data is either not being tracked at all or documented haphazardly through word of mouth or notes. Our new template comes with built-in data sources that simplify data entry and analysis. Now, you can easily pull reports, providing valuable insights without the hassle.
