Notes from the Event Director: Let’s Talk Tickets
Hi, I’m Jonathan Cheng, and for the fifth time, I’m the Event Director for Helm Conference. The team has been incredibly busy planning the biggest Helm Conference yet, and in this series of blog posts, I’m going to share with you what we’re up to, and why you should lock in for a can’t-miss event!
Let’s talk tickets.
I know many of you are deep in budget season, sorting out travel approvals, and deciding who’s coming to Helm Conference this year. So let me make that decision a little easier—and a lot more worth your while.
🎟️ New Ticket Promos Just Dropped:
➡️ Buy 4 tickets, get the 5th at 40% off.
Bring a squad, save some budget. Easy.
➡️ Buy 5 tickets, get the 6th FREE.
Bring the whole ops dream team and give someone a golden ticket. This one’s got serious “team-building win” energy.
These deals are built for the crews that know: showing up together means learning faster, solving harder, and rolling into next year aligned, upgraded, and just a little bit smug about it.
✅ Both discounts are selectable as ticket types at the registration page
✅ Discounts apply to All-Access Passes only
✅ These discounts stack on the Early Bird rate (that’s a potential savings of $2800!)
Why Now?
Because we believe that Helm Conference has value for more than just your maintenance person, or that one power user—it’s for executives, IT folk, crew schedulers, and more. We know that teams have started finalizing who’s coming, and FOMO is spreading like a galley fire. We also know that some people are unsure of if they should attend; every day we get another email asking if it’s worth it, and who should go.
Let me say it plainly: Helm Conference is where the best minds in maritime operations get sharper. It’s where workflows get reimagined, where scheduling headaches find solutions, where fleet managers and dispatchers swap real stories, and where your team gets a direct line to the people building the tools they use every day.
So come one, come all, and let’s spread the Helm Conference as wide as we can. And remember: teams that learn together, succeed together.
Okay, but what if I only want to stay for two days?
You don’t. Not this year, anyway - we’re right about to unveil the expanded Hands-on Helm Day, which will replace Training Day as Day 3 of Helm Conference. We’ll have more details soon, but expect more networking opportunities, more face time with Helm staff, and more value for users and non-users alike. (Don’t worry, we’ll still have a selection of practical technical training, including Certified Admin Courses.)
So what now?
Grab your crew.
Lock in your tickets.
Email me if you’re stuck deciding. Seriously. I will tell you exactly who should come and why.
See you in New Orleans - it’s going to be one heck of a ride!
