In Helm CONNECT Version 1.22, we’re adding several new features and improvements to the Work Rest module to make it more powerful and easier to use. If you haven’t already read the first two posts in this series, you can check them out here and here. In this post, we’re excited to share two more features coming to the Helm CONNECT Work Rest module: crew signatures and custom footers!
Crew Signatures on Printed Reports
Sometimes, companies still need a paper copy of their work-rest data to be maintained on board, and these paper copies may require the crew and a supervisor to physically sign off on the hours. To help with this part of the reporting process, we’ve added an option to show or hide the signature rows at the bottom of the printed report.
Custom Footers on Reports
Some companies require specific language to be printed at the bottom of their reports—anything from legal information to company policies. To accommodate this, we’ve added the option to create a customized footer message on work-rest reports.
