From the moment you open the Timesheets tab, you’re prompted to filter your data—so you see only what’s relevant. The grid layout is clean, with configurable columns that can be editable, read-only, or hidden depending on the area you're working in. You can even lock timesheet records once a payroll period closes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Save Time with Bulk Add

Managing routine schedules just got easier. The Bulk Add feature lets you apply recurring shifts across multiple days and crew members in just a few clicks:

  1. Select your crew

  2. Set start and end times

  3. Drag across the calendar to choose workdays

  4. Apply and save—it’s that simple!

This feature is perfect for repetitive shift patterns and helps reduce data entry errors.

 Confirmation You Can Trust

Each timesheet confirmation includes:

  • The confirming user’s name

  • The date and time of confirmation

  • A color-coded badge showing the Helm CONNECT space it came from:

    • Dark Blue – My Helm (crew)

    • Green – Onboard (captain)

    • Light Blue – Dispatch

    • Orange – Payroll

This level of transparency gives you complete confidence in your approval workflow.

Better Reporting, Better Decisions
