The third annual Helm Conference will be held in Victoria, BC June 14-16. The Helm Conference is Edoc's annual user conference where customers and prospects can congregate to influence product direction, partake in intensive training sessions, network with industry peers, see new product demonstrations and learn more from expert speakers on a variety of operational and maritime issues.

Victoria, BC – The third annual Helm Conference will be held in Victoria, BC from June 14-16, Edoc Systems Group, developers of Helm Marine Operations™ enterprise software, announced today. The Helm Conference is Edoc’s annual user conference where customers and prospects can congregate to influence product development, partake in intensive training sessions, network with industrial peers, see demonstrations on new products and learn more from expert speakers on a variety of operational and maritime issues.

“This will be our most ambitious conference yet,” said Bill Reid, President of Edoc, who expects the number of attendees to reach 50 this year. “Our move from a two-day conference to three days gives us the opportunity to break out content into specific user streams, and gives our attendees much more flexibility to attend sessions they want to participate in.” Reid also believes the Helm Conference is a great way for prospects to get to know Edoc as a company, and to speak directly with customers to learn more about the software. “We have found the best way for prospects to get a sense of how their organization will be affected by Helm is to speak directly with our users,” said Reid.

Edoc also chairs a Safety and Compliance Board, which meets quarterly, and will have one of its sessions at the Helm Conference. The Board is comprised of the leading experts in Safety and Compliance from the workboat industry. Its purpose is to give the industry a voice in tailoring a software solution to its specific needs.

The Helm Conference will also host presentations on Change Management, Technological Advances and the Value of Near Miss Reporting.
